We want you to love your PONEKI purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must be intact and attached
- Returned in original packaging
⚠️ Condition Check
- Items returned worn, used, damaged, or without tags will not be accepted
- Such items will be sent back to the customer, with return shipping borne by the customer
- No refund for items that fail inspection.
💳 Refunds
- Approved returns receive a full refund without any delay via Bank Account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days
