🔄 Return Policy

We want you to love your PONEKI purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags must be intact and attached

  • Returned in original packaging

⚠️ Condition Check

  • Items returned worn, used, damaged, or without tags will not be accepted

  • Such items will be sent back to the customer, with return shipping borne by the customer

  • No refund for items that fail inspection.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved returns receive a full refund without any delay via Bank Account. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale / discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
